D.L. Devonshire

Dr. D.L. Devonshire, formerly a professor at a major Western university, holds a Ph.D. in Philosophy, and as an intellectual generalist, is peer-review published in several separate fields of study that would fall within both the humanities and the hard sciences. The author is also world-travelled and multilingual, having spent time in more than two dozen countries; this includes both democratic countries and others that are universally recognized as authoritarian or totalitarian.
