New Discourses Bullets, Ep. 97
In Mao’s China, the population was turned against itself through relentless campaigns known as “Speaking Bitterness.” Of course, this was prompted and forced by the Communists, and it worked to their advantage by tearing apart the fabric of the communities they were “transforming.” We have been doing the same thing here in the West, primarily at work and in our schools, under names like “DEI training,” “unconscious bias training,” “Social-Emotional Learning,” and, broadly, “Sensitivity Training.” In this episode of New Discourses Bullets, host James Lindsay gives the original context for these disastrous “trainings” so we can be better equipped to expose and stop them.

This is one of my favorite episodes! Keep up the great work, James!
And honestly, I’d like to participate in this culture war. I’m a fiction author so if there’s ever any opportunity for you or your organization to use my skills, let me know!
Very frustrating seeing this go down , and how we let it happen here .
These ” bitterness ” program , like Critical Theory , apeals to cynical , disgruntled , unhappy people.
Because Critical Theory only criticises and finds the negative , it automaticly is a false narative .
Its uses lies
Quote from above: “These ” bitterness ” program , like Critical Theory , apeals to cynical , disgruntled , unhappy people.”
I have wondered more and more recently whether stuff like this taps into unresolved psychological issues in those that come up with, and agree with this stuff.
It comes across to me as thinking and acting like a child of a certain age might do. It seems to connect to, or involve, undeveloped morals and ethics and reasoning.
I wonder whether some sort of development stages of reasoning, morals, etc. could be applied to this stuff to possibly show parallels between certain development stages and the thinking and actions of those coming up with and/or agreeing with this kind of stuff.
Bitterness and Envy are fundamental to the Progressive/Marxist world view.
