New Discourses Bullets, Ep. 83
Many of us are working tirelessly to fight Woke Marxism and its attempted takeover of our societies, but the question is whether we’re working as effectively and efficiently as we can. Often, we aren’t, and it’s discouraging, frustrating, exhausting, and demoralizing. When we are, though, we get the opposite effects: morale builds, momentum is generated, and winning builds upon winning. In this episode of New Discourses Bullets, host James Lindsay introduces the “Pareto principle,” also known as the “80-20 Rule” as a guide to organizing our efforts when we’re out organizing against Woke Marxism. Join him to learn about how we can all be more effective with our efforts.

Hello Larry, i just saw the podcast with Dr. Peterson and loved it so i had to check your website. Which by the way looks really neat and appealing.
I was wondering if you could give any advise on how to find a carrer that serves your “true” purpose or passions you.
This general idea is difficult for many people to understand and use. It goes against the “created equal” idea as most people understand it.
One reason for this breakdown is because so many today believe that you were “created” when you were conceived. That only applies to bodies, not beings. As beings, we were all created an unimaginable amount of time ago. That is what is “equal” about us.
How we ended up after all that time is why you can apply bell curves (distributions) to so many human qualities. We obviously aren’t all equal now! And that’s why a relative minority of people have the majority of creative and intellectual abilities. We COULD push the whole distribution up the scale on any number of measures. But it turns out that’s difficult compared to pushing people down. So if you have seen data indicating that things are getting “worse” it’s probably the truth.
Roughly 20% of the population pulls the remaining 80% along with it out of pure goodwill and an enduring sense of brotherhood. Nourish that sense of brotherhood, or risk the 20% turning on the 80%!
What we rarely talk about is that this probably means that maybe 4% of the people in the group really deserve to be fired. How do you tell who those people are? That has been a difficult problem in human groups for a very long time.
Hello Larry.
Good to see you & i will take up your invite to get to know your site. The electronic project stuff intrigues a lot, but more too.
Interesting remarks concerning what sounds like everlasting life / the soul ?
