One of Marxists’ favorite words to project onto their enemies is “mystification.” Everyone, they insist, who isn’t on board with their twisted program is “mystified” about the true nature of reality, which they have, of course, discovered and delineated in unique clarity (in their own estimation, anyway). As we know, the Iron Law of Woke Projection never misses. The fact is that Marxist ideologies mystify their targets. That is, they mug people of their ability to apprehend and discern reality through tricky arguments that work a lot like an illusionist’s trick or a wizard’s spell. The feeling is that you’ve run into a “good argument” for something that must be false, and it’s critical people learn to recognize this feeling so they know when to slow down and dig deeper. In this episode of New Discourses Bullets, host James Lindsay illustrates the conditions of Woke Marxist mystification and talks about how to learn to pierce through it to see reality clearly again.

What James seems to be talking about is just a particular instance of sophism. ‘Woke Marxism’ comes with a ready set of rhetorical tools for its practitioners to deceive with. One which they use a lot is the good old-fashioned fallacy of equivocation; hence categories like sex and gender get to mean multiple things at once.

Karl Marx was an idiot. His hypocritical theory and propaganda raping all rationally in the conquest to abolish all private property while robbing freedoms and liberty is the highest of follies. Those gullible enough to allow their minds, thoughts and freedoms to be altered abandoning common sense and now denying basic truths and biology is simply surrendering your independent being. We all have free will and truth is self-evident it does need tricks or sugar coating. Mystification is fantasy living in lala land. Tricks aka lies and propaganda are used to confuse and divide the masses for the purpose of little or zero opposition. Thank you James. ✝️
One must deal with woke activists and their irrational, delusional arguments the way one must deal with schizophrenics when they insist that the furniture and/or the walls are talking to them, or with flat-earthers. One keeps oneself mentally grounded in reality by continually refuting their arguments. The source of their power lies in anyone agreeing with them. Deny them your consent to give them that power.
