On this episode of the Thinking Out Loud Podcast, James Lindsay joins host Vincent Freeman and two other guests, Bruce and Sara, to discuss the mindsets and ideologies of Critical Social Justice and the radical anarchy activist group Antifa (putatively: “anti-fascist”). Adding interest, authenticity, and depth to the discussion, Sara is a former member of Antifa. In this episode, the four participants discuss the degree to which both Critical Social Justice and Antifa operate from specific worldviews oppositional to the liberal order, one in which their words and actions can be understood to “make sense.” They also clarify the similarities and differences of these two mindsets and movements, which are in many respects fellow travelers though differ in important ways.

It seems to me that Sarah was not given the full story about the 2018 border crises. The Border Patrol (BP) has a mission to stop all illegal entry of immigrants into the U.S. The Congress controls the money allocated and spent on the operations of the policing of the U.S Border. The same method of restraining the children crossing the border was first done during the Obama Administration. Policing is not just making an arrest. It also involves prevention of law breaking. Just for clarification of the word policing.
The Obama Administration Border Patrol built the cags in 2014 and the BP used them up to 2018.
The media not telling the full truth, is part of the problem. Not receiving the full truth makes you take action on a lie. The lie being a half-truth from the media. Just like not reporting on the Hunter Biden laptop before the election. And now the media reporting on the laptop.
