Thank you, James. At 5:35min you said what I have been saying for years (it is nice to get some validation on this), that the “Left” has painted itself into a corner and they will not surrender. They are absolutely committed to their objectives because this is their last chance.
Please keep putting this out there. I will share. I have gotten off the couch. The war that we are fighting now will be spoken of until the end of time.
Actually that’s projection. The right has been pushed into a corner and has split into factions “MAGA” and classic conservatives. For MAGA if you don’t support the king, you’re dead to them. Classic conservatives don’t like the craziness and instability amongst MAGA. They’re like oil and water. That’s your biggest issue. Unity.
‘Heave’ comes from Old English hebban “to lift, raise; lift up, exalt”. Forms in other languages include hof, hafen, hafjan, hefja, heffen, hafjan and most importantly to this discussion, the German heben. (The word does happen also to be related to ‘have’ (Old English habban “to hold, possess”) though in this case that is probably of little consequence.)
‘Up’ comes from Old High German ‘uf’, German ‘auf’.
