Tristan Fitz is a temporary licensed mental health counselor. He has worked in the mental health field in various ways, including youth residential treatment, college counseling, a hospital's employee assistance program, and private practice. He has worked closely with individuals with concerns of anxiety, depression, suicidality, stress, men's issues, perinatal mental health, and relationship issues.
