Tristan Fitz

Tristan Fitz is a temporary licensed mental health counselor. He has worked in the mental health field in various ways, including youth residential treatment, college counseling, a hospital's employee assistance program, and private practice. He has worked closely with individuals with concerns of anxiety, depression, suicidality, stress, men's issues, perinatal mental health, and relationship issues. He has also presented original research at national conferences covering topics of suicide assessment and the mental health of same-sex couples. For the past few years, he's worked with the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention to help raise funds for suicide research and community mental health education.
