Why do Leftists make themselves ugly? Is it just the mental illness at the heart of Leftist thinking? Well, no; it’s more than that. Part of it is the same entitlement that led Karl Marx to reject bathing as a bourgeois imposition, too, but there’s actually a much deeper reason hiding at the heart of the Woke Leftist mindset. There’s a true self, they believe, buried in there, and it has intrinsic value. It is, however, lost from view in a world of “performative” appearances.
